What makes this movie so remarkable is that it was put together in two weeks. Students made up the lines on the spur of the moment, absolutely improvised. They brainstormed the structure of the film using the elements of literature. However, what we created from that rough outline turned out to be creative and funny. We attempted to relate what we had learned in class to this fake documentary about superheroes.
This is the first of the films we have created where we have the entire thing online. We created a blog that has each day, with a reflection written by one superhero and a that day's scene embedded within the blog post. It's sort of a blend of writng and video on the same site.
